Terramirum Strategy and Project Plan

2021 (Starting Point)
This is the period when the housing problem that emerged with the pandemic led to a massive housing demand boom. The resulting supply problems were met with great concern, especially by central governments who demanded that the banking sector create new sources of liquidity to support housing production. Obstacles to the development of the real estate sector were identified. An ideation phase was launched to find solutions to the various obstacles, especially liquidity.
First half of 2022
The roadmap was planned to find solutions to the problems of the real estate sector. The idea of bringing together technology-enabled problem solvers in a technology platform to manage the production and consumption of housing (the initial idea phase of product development was completed). Basic design of Web2 models was done. Phase 2 company procedures completed.
Second half of 2022
Rising real estate prices and the rapid decline in purchasing power around the world have created a new way to invest in real estate: Real estate shareholding (Second ideation phase of product development completed). The basic design of the Web3 models has been done. It was decided to produce Non-Fungible Tokens and Semi Fungible Tokens for real estate shareholding. Company structure expanded. Website design started.
First half of 2023
In order to realize the project, it was aimed to make support agreements with important companies investing in real estate. It was decided to conduct preliminary research on the “Seed Investment” process. Research was conducted on the infrastructure for whitelabeling. It was decided to plan TerraMirum, a common marketplace for all products. “CityFund” infrastructure was established to meet the needs of “tokenization” and the project was explained to various local governments and non-governmental organizations. It was decided to design city piggy banks for investment in cities. With the obstacles that came to the fore, it was decided to proceed with the asset investment process.
Second half of 2023
It was decided to focus on marketing projects to increase our market share. Started small scale promotional advertising activities. Research began to be conducted for conducting market activities. Generated alternatives for expanding advertising activities. Needs were identified to continue expanding the market. Promotion in the international arena and global cooperation models were explored. Started to create different information communities for consumers.
First Quarter of 2024
Launchpad installation infrastructure has been prepared, which you can purchase at a pre-sale price. Initiation of technology infrastructure applications related to requirements.
Second Quarter of 2024
Continued to carry out promotional activities for RWA investors. Interviews with various media organizations were planned.
Third Quarter of 2024
